# What do I need to be able to trade?

Here is everything you need in order to trade on SkinsMonkey:

## A public Steam account and your inventory

1. Open [your Steam profile](https://steamcommunity.com/my/) and click the "Edit profile" button or follow [this link](https://steamcommunity.com/my/edit/settings/) directly.

2. Go to the "Privacy settings".

3. Set the "My profile" and "Inventory" options to "Public".

## Minimum level 2 on your Steam account

Open [your Steam profile](https://steamcommunity.com/my/) and check if your level on Steam is minimum 2 or higher.

## Trade URL from your Steam

1. Open [your Steam profile](https://steamcommunity.com/my/) and find "Inventory".

2. Click the "Trades Offers" button.

3. Choose "Who can send me Trade Offers?" or follow [this link](https://steamcommunity.com/my/tradeoffers/privacy#trade_offer_access_url) directly.

4. Here is your Trade URL. Copy it and paste on our site, if needed.
