You can also check the status of both your completed and pending transactions by clicking on your Profile and going to “Transactions”. In any case, if you don’t receive the payment in your balance after a couple of hours don’t hesitate to call our Support staff.
In such situations, all you have to do is be patient and wait for our system to return your deducted money back into your balance. However, if for some reason the money is not returned within a few hours be sure to contact the technical support of the payment system that you used.
