Can I decline a trade?

This article will explain how to decline the trade.

After successful operations on SkinsMonkey.com there is always one more chance to change your mind before the final transaction. You can decline the trade on your Steam account and receive your balance back. Remember we cannot undo this operation - if you decline one offer, you will have to make another one to get an item.

How to decline a trade?



Go to your Trade Offers on Steam and click on the offer from our bot.



Click the "Decline Trade" option on the bottom.


If you are sure, confirm your choice.


The status of this trade changes to "Declined".


On our site the window with a warning appears.


If you declined the trade, simply click "Yes, I cancelled it". Our site will then display this popup:


As you can read, if you manually declined your trade, everything is okay. We just want to alert some customers who did not decline their trades and can be a victims of scam.

What if I decline one trade and send the bot another one?



If you decline the trade from our bot and initiate another one from you, the bot will cancel it. The counteroffers have no effect on our bots.

Why is my trade declining automatically?



Your trades may be declining automatically from Steam, if your account has been compromised or any current technical issues. If it’s still happening, try these fixes:
Activate your Steam Guard

You can generate a new Steam Trade URL here. After generating new URL paste it on our site in your Personal Area.
Change your Steam password
You can change the password to your Steam account here.
